Mojito

Rum Based

Ingredients:
3 fresh mint sprigs
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
Club soda


Directions: Crush the mint, add the sugar and lime juice in a tall thin glass. Stir throughtly. Fill the glass with ice and add rum. Top with chilled soda. Add a lime slice and mint as garnish.

Coke and drops

Refreshing Drink

Ingredients:
100ml Coke
7 drops of lemon juice

Directions: Take a glass, pour the coke in the glass, then you take 7 drops of lemon juice. Garnish with a lemon slice on the rim of the glass.

Long Island Iced Tea

Mixed Based Cocktail

Ingredients:
15ml Vodka
15ml Tequila
15ml Rum
15ml Gin
15ml Triple sec
45ml Sweet and sour mix
3.7ml Coca Cola

Directions: Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

Pina Colada

Rum based cocktail

Ingredients:
120ml Light rum
3 tbsp Coconut milk
3 tbsp Crushed Pineapples

Directions: Put all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend at a high speed for a short length of time. Strain into an exotic glass and serve with a straw.

Ingredients:
30ml Vodka
30ml Triple sec
30ml Lime juice

Directions: Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass over ice cubes. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Baileys Red Carpetini

Baileys cocktail

Ingredients:
60ml Baileys Irish Cream
15ml Smirnoff Vodka

Directions: Combine Baileys and vodka in a shaker with ice. Shake and serve in a chilled Martini Glass. Rim with red sugar (optional, but it really completes the drink)

Gin Fizz

Gin based cocktail

Ingredients:
60ml Gin
15ml Lemon juice
1 tsp powdered sugar
Carbonated water

Directions: Shake gin, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Garnish with lemon wheel and serve.
